Terms & Conditions for yearly moon circle membership

1. Membership Overview:

   • Your membership includes the cost of 10 moon circles and up to 12 moon circles scheduled throughout 2025.

2. Registration for Events:

   • Members must use their provided promo code to register for each event via Eventbrite.
   • Registration is required to secure your spot, as events may sell out.
   • If an event sells out before you register, The Hennessy’s House is not responsible for offering a credit. Please register in advance to ensure availability.

3. Missed Events:

   • If you sign up for an event but do not attend, you will not be credited for a future event.

4. Cancellation Policy:

   • If an event is canceled and you were registered to attend, you will receive a $10 credit toward any one paid event in 2025.

5. Non-Refundable Membership:

   • Membership payments are final and non-refundable.

6. Event Attendance:

   • Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred to another person.

7. Code Usage:

   • Your promo code is valid only for moon circles and discounts on special events hosted in 2025.
